Terms & Conditions

Article 1 — Purpose

These terms and conditions of sale govern the sale of Polène bags and accessories by sacpolene.fr, an independent reseller. All products offered on sacpolene.fr are brand new, 100% authentic items, sourced through official channels.

sacpolene.fr is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with Polène Paris SAS. Polène® is a registered trademark of Polène Paris SAS.

Article 2 — Pricing

All prices displayed on sacpolene.fr are shown in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (VAT included). sacpolene.fr reserves the right to modify its prices at any time without prior notice. Products are billed at the price in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

Worldwide shipping is free, with no minimum order and no conditions.

Article 3 — Orders

To place an order on sacpolene.fr, the customer selects the desired items and adds them to their cart. After reviewing the cart contents and delivery details, the customer completes payment to confirm their order.

Once the order has been validated and payment confirmed, a confirmation email is sent to the customer's email address. This email summarises the items ordered, the total amount, the delivery address and the order number.

sacpolene.fr reserves the right to cancel any suspicious order or any order presenting a risk of fraud.

Article 4 — Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 5 to 15 business days following payment confirmation. Deliveries are made by DHL Express worldwide.

A tracking number is sent by email as soon as the order is dispatched, allowing the customer to track their parcel in real time.

sacpolene.fr cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by events beyond its control (strikes, bad weather, customs delays, etc.).

Article 5 — Returns & Refunds

The customer has 30 days from receipt of their order to initiate a return. Returns are free of charge.

To be accepted, the returned product must be:

• Unused and in perfect original condition
• With all original tags still attached
• In its original packaging

Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days after receipt and verification of the returned parcel, via the same payment method used at checkout. For more information, see our returns policy.

Article 6 — Warranties

All products sold on sacpolene.fr benefit from the following warranties:

• Authenticity guarantee: each item is certified authentic. We guarantee that all products sold are genuine Polène articles.
• Legal warranty of conformity: products benefit from a 2-year legal warranty of conformity under applicable consumer protection laws.
• Warranty against hidden defects: products are covered against hidden defects in accordance with applicable civil law provisions.

Article 7 — Payment

Payment is made online at the time of order confirmation. All transactions are secured. sacpolene.fr does not store any banking data.

Article 8 — Governing Law & Disputes

These terms and conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute regarding the interpretation or performance of these terms, the parties will endeavour to find an amicable solution. Failing that, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

In accordance with consumer protection provisions on amicable dispute resolution, you may also use a consumer mediation procedure.
