How do I make a return?

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns are free of charge and refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days.

Return conditions

To be accepted, your return must meet the following conditions:

• The product must be unused and in perfect original condition
• All original tags must be present and attached
• The product must be returned in its original packaging
• The return must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order

Return process

To make a return, simply follow these steps:

• Step 1: Contact us by email at contact@sacpolene.fr with your order number and the reason for the return.
• Step 2: We will send you a prepaid return label by email within 24 to 48 business hours.
• Step 3: Carefully pack the product in its original packaging and drop off the parcel at a collection point or post office within 7 days of receiving the label.
• Step 4: We will confirm receipt and process your refund within 5 to 10 business days.

Refund

Your refund is processed as soon as the returned parcel is received and verified. Here is what you need to know:

• Timeframe: 5 to 10 business days after receipt of the parcel
• Method: refund issued to the same payment method used at checkout
• Amount: the full product price, as original shipping was free
• You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed
